Our coed Junior Water Polo classes are designed to help younger players learn the basics of water polo, including eggbeater kick, swimming skills, passing & shooting the ball and the basics of team offense and defense. In addition, our players build their swimming stamina and strength while having fun in the pool with scrimmages and occasional games. Our goal is to have fun and prepare our players to be ready to play at higher levels of water polo. If you haven't played before, come out and give it a try. We are always happy to have new players join us!
Minimum Requirements for Jr Water Polo: Must be able to swim 25 yards and tread water.
