AUTOPAY NOTICE FOR DECEMBER

As we previously communicated, the autopay date has changed with the transition to the new Traction Rec software. The new date was scheduled to run on Sunday, December 1. However, we realized that with the holiday weekend and the fact that the autopay was set for a Sunday, our team wanted to ensure that everything is perfect before processing your payment. As a result, the autopay will now occur late next week, likely on Thursday, December 5. 

This adjustment is made purely out of caution, as this will be the first autopay linked to the new software. Please note that this change does not affect your ability to use The Center, and there are no additional issues to report. We will send you a notification before the autopay runs to keep you informed. Thank you!

There’s a new way to purchase classes and manage your memberships online!

 Kroc Community Website:

  • Update your membership account information and make changes to your billing account online as needed, without having to visit The Kroc Center in-person.
  • New search functionality will make it easier than ever to search for and find classes and activities that are a perfect fit for you and your family.

Brand New Kroc Center App:

  • Scan into The Kroc Center with your digital membership card.
  • Reserve group exercise classes and view your upcoming class schedule.
  • Receive automated messages and notifications about upcoming classes, facility closures, and more. You control what you're notified about!

Follow the steps below to set up your new Kroc online account and get started!

How to Set Up Your Kroc Online Accounts:

STEP ONE: Create a Kroc Community Website Account

  1. Visit cda.kroccommunity.org.
  2. Click “Create Online Account”.
  3. Enter the first name, last name, and email address that are associated with your Kroc Center account, and click "Submit".
    Note: To create an online account, you must have an email address already tied to your Kroc Center account. If you don’t have an email in our system or don’t know what it is, email [email protected], click on the Live Chat pop-up below, or visit the front desk for assistance.
  4. You will receive an email inviting you to log in with a link to click and set your password. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it!

Create Your Kroc Community Account

STEP TWO: Download & Sign In to The Kroc Connect App

  1. Download the Kroc Connect App from your app store:
        
    Note: You will need your Apple ID and password to download the app on an iPhone.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click “Forgot Password?”
  4. Enter in your new password and confirm.
  5. You will receive an email with a pin number. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see it!
  6. Enter the Pin Number and Click “Login”.

Can't use the app? No Problem! 

Keep reading to see how you can register for drop-in classes on the computer through The Kroc website. 
You must set up your account on Kroc Community to have it linked to your Kroc Membership before following these steps.

  1. First visit the Aquatic Group Ex page or the Land Group Ex page to find the relevant class you're looking for. 
  2. Scroll down until you see a calendar with the month and year. In the top right corner of the calendar, click “Login to make reservations”.
  3. In the box that pops up, enter your email and password that you used to sign up for Kroc Community. Click the red Login button.
  4. Now that you’re logged in, find the day of the week for the class you want.
  5. Find the class on your chosen day of the week at the time you wish. Use the search bar to find a specific class or class type (they are listed in alphabetical order).
  6. Click on the class you want to register for. Remember, you can now register for group exercise classes 12 hours in advance instead of the previous 2 hours.
  7. A box will pop up with the name, time, and description of the class. On the bottom right corner is a button with blue text that says “Reserve”. Click that button.
  8. You are now reserved! Enjoy your class!

NEW Program Guide Release Dates
& NEW Registration Details for Winter Guide Season

A new software system means adjusting how program guides and classes are offered to members and the public!

  • The Winter Guide releases on Friday, Nov 8.
  • Classes go on sale for Kroc Members on Tuesday, Nov 12 at 10am. 
  • The Public can purchase classes a week later on Tuesday, Nov 19 at 10am. 

Moving forward, Program Guides will be released on a Friday, several weeks before the new season of classes begin (example: Winter Guide released on Fri, Nov 8 for the Winter Season that starts December 2)
• Class sales will go live to Kroc Members on the following Tuesday at 10am.
• The Public will have access to classes a week later.
