As we move out of summer and into a new season, we want to share some changes that are taking place at The Kroc Center. You may have seen notifications that we are moving to a new membership software system and online customer platform. These changes are slated to occur in November and the Kroc team will continue to communicate and provide updates to ensure a smooth transition. Click here to learn more about the software updates. >
New Auto Pay Date: Starting December 1
Starting December 1, 2024, your auto pay date will be the first of the month.
October 20, 2024 will be your last auto pay date on the 20th of the month, you will not be charged again until December 1, 2024. Your membership rate changes, whether increased or decreased, will occur monthly on the first day of every month beginning on December 1, 2024. Should you choose to do nothing, your membership will automatically be converted into a Household Plan without Play Care, and your Play Care membership/access will end on November 30, 2024.
Play Care Membership Form
Make sure you fill out the Play Care Membership Form and turn it in to Play Care by Wednesday, October 23.
This is how you will let us know which of your children need to have a Play Care Membership, if you do not return this form to us, you will lose Play Care access on November 30, 2024. We can always add it, but you will experience a gap in access. There is no registration fee associated with the new Play Care Membership.
Family: Up to 5 People Kroc Gold + Play Care Membership - $129
Access to the following during open schedule hours: Aquatic Center including competition pool and family cove pool area, Health & Wellness Center including cardio fitness and free weight room, Gym, Zone game room, and common areas.
Access to complimentary Group Exercise classes including cycling, yoga, Zumba®, and more.
Complimentary Aquatic exercise classes including River Walk, Aqua Bootcamp, Aqua Dance, and more
Free Smart Start Orientation for The Wellness Area
Free Kroc Fit45 orientation appointment
Complimentary use of gymnasium equipment including volleyballs and basketballs
Free access to Discovery Club
Preregistartion opportunities for new classes before the public
Free use of the Climbing Wall during Open Climb Times
10% off all birthday party rentals

Household 2: Up to 2 Adults and Up to 3 Youth - $85 AND Play Care Membership - $30 per child
Benefits include all the same ones as before!
Plus more control over your Play Care Membership
You'll be able to add and remove children on your own through our new online Kroc Community.
Each child who uses Play Care will have a Play Care Membership Plan in addition to your Household Membership Plan, which is $30/month per child. Your new membership dues will be $85 plus $30 for every child who will utilize Play Care, plus tax.
There is no registration fee associated with the Play Care Membership.
If you are currently on a scholarship, you will continue to receive those benefits

With our shift to our new membership software, you will have more access than ever before to make changes to your account, manage your registrations, and find information. This means less time filling out paperwork, and more time enjoying the Center!
We will need a signed Play Care Membership Form from each household that intends to utilize Play Care in the new structure. Please return the form to The Kroc Center Play Care desk by Wednesday, October 23. Need a new form? Download it here.
Once we launch the new system, you will have to create a new online account. More details about that are coming soon, but rest assured, your membership will not be effected if you do not create an account right away.
