Introducing the Member's Choice Employee of the Year Award!

Each year, The Kroc Center’s Director’s team honors staff members who represent our mission and vision, and this year, we’re giving you the chance to nominate your favorite staff member for our Member’s Choice Employee of the Year Award! All nominations will be reviewed by Director’s and given out at our yearly All Staff Meeting in October.

Nomination Criteria

Take a moment to nominate a staff member who shows initiative, leadership, and innovation, and exemplifies The Kroc Center’s Vision Statement: creating a safe place to belong and grow. Share your specific story or memory of how they showed you exactly why they deserve to be recognized for their actions, a moment that made you stop and think, “Yeah, you’re a Kroc Star.”

Use the back side of this sheet to write out your nomination, or scan the QR below to do it online! If you don’t know the staff member’s department, make your best guess or ask them! 

The deadline for submissions will be September 18.
