Welcome to The Well!

We're excited to expand this program to better serve our community! You can now participate in many different activities throughout the week. Kroc Talks will continue to take place weekly at their new time, as well as Healthy Aging Events, Community Workouts, and Wellness Workshops for the adults. Middle Schoolers can participate in Mental Awareness Club (MAC).

Kroc Talks

ONCE A MONTH ON WEDNESDAYS, 5:30–6:30PM
COMMUNITY ROOMS, FREE & OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Find a supportive and welcoming community at Kroc Talks and hear from local industry professionals on any number of wellness related topics.

Free childcare is provided for children between 3 months and 5 years old. Youth participants between the ages of 6 and 11 can attend The Zone for free if their parent is participating in Kroc Talks.

  Experience the benefits of yoga with our Introduction to Chair Yoga class, designed for stretching, strengthening, and relaxation—all from the comfort of your chair.
