Better health leads to a better you. Our fitness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and agility training. Additional training programs, like equipment instruction and developing a proper workout routine, will also be available to help you get the most out of your workout. For something a little more upbeat, an aerobics/dance studio is located on the second floor and offers a variety of aerobic, stretching and fitness classes.
Fitness Programs The Kroc Center's current drop-in fitness programming includes Indoor Cycling, Stretch and Tone Classes, Strength and Cardio Training, Step and Sculpt, Zumba, and Kickboxing. Drop-in classes are included with a gold membership. Class passes are available for silver and non members.
Athletics Drop-in Basketball, Volleyball and Indoor Soccer is offered weekly to members and day pass purchasers. Rock Climbing passes are also available for any level of climber who wants to challenge The Kroc's crag.
Gold Members Free Fitness Sessions Those who purchase a gold
membership are given 3 free fitness sessions with a Kroc Center fitness
coach. To redeem your sessions, please see the fitness desk to book an
appointment.
