Payroll Clerk
The Kroc Center is seeking motivated individuals with experience in payroll. This is a rewarding, part-time position, 25 hours/week. The position will remain open until filled. Rate of pay is $12 hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a team oriented individual who understands and supports our mission.

The perfect fit for this position is someone who:
• Understands timekeeping and how that translates to pay
• Understands payroll rules and laws
• Has great attention to detail
• Is able to meet regular deadlines
• Is able to problem solve
• Is able and willing to potentially work Sunday and must work Monday morning on payroll weeks

Development Coordinator
The Kroc Center is seeking motivated individuals with experience facilitating fundraising events. This is a rewarding, full-time position in a positive Christian environment which includes medical benefits and a free personal membership to The Kroc Center. The first review of applications will begin on 1/15/15. The position will remain open until filled. Rate of pay is $14–$16, based on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Secure sponsors for and facilitate the promotion and execution of Kroc events with key staff and community volunteers.
• Facilitate the annual Red Kettle Campaign which may include recruiting, training and scheduling a combination of paid and volunteer kettle workers, and accounting Kettle income with the finance department.
• Assist the Development Director with maintaining and building relationships with community contacts through networking events, public speaking engagements, tours and meetings.
• Assist the Director in researching, writing, preparing and monitoring for compliance all grant applications.

Swim Instructor
The Swim Instructor gives instruction to students of all ages and ability levels in subject areas related to swimming, presenting subject matter by demonstrating proper techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ability to assist in instructing with sound principles in the area of American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Preschool levels 1, 2, and 3.
• Ability to speak and communicate before both small and large groups of people with poise and enthusiasm, including but not limited to children, parents, coworkers, and staff.
• Critique and give feedback to participants regarding their performance level.
• Provide a safe, fun and enjoyable learning environment for all participants.

Certified Lifeguards
American Red Cross certification is required. Must include copies of current lifeguard certification and completed Interest Form with Employment Application. Forms can be returned to the front desk at The Kroc Center. If you are not currently certified, but are interested in lifeguarding at The Kroc Center, call our Aquatics Department at 208.763.0657 to learn about upcoming lifeguard classes.
